Dual Deck
Two decks on one CDJ: deck 1 plays on the RCA outputs as usual, deck 2 on the DIGITAL OUT (coaxial). Hold USB to load a track into deck 2; tap the PLAYER box to switch which deck the controls, screen and LEDs follow. Deck 2 has its own waveforms, title, cues, loops, hot cues, tempo, MASTER TEMPO, SYNC and MASTER, and plays WAV/AIFF, MP3 and AAC (M4A).

- Needs
- Nothing else: works on its own.
- Known limits
- Experimental: tested in the CDJ-2000NXS2 emulator only, not yet on a deck.
- A new base: it cannot be combined with the other mods yet (Key Shift needs the same DSP module; other combinations are untested).
- Deck 2 needs a mixer channel with a coaxial digital input.
- Deck 2 plays WAV/AIFF, MP3 and AAC (M4A); no FLAC or ALAC.
- Deck-2 cues are not saved to the USB stick, and memory cues cannot be called (CALL) on deck 2.
- Both outputs run at the deck's output rate; deck 2 is resampled to it.
